    The Vice President of Solutions will play a pivotal role in leading a team of solutions analysts and engineers to develop comprehensive solutions models and pricing strategies for our warehousing, fulfillment, and other order platform fulfillment services, such as contract center, transportation, merchant -of-record and other services.

    This position will be integral to our Productized Services focus, which aims to leverage solutions and rate card pricing to enhance efficiency and scalability.

    Solution Development:

    Lead the development of solutions models and pricing strategies for warehousing and fulfillment services, utilizing industry best practices and innovative approaches.


    Team Management:

    Manage and mentor a team of solutions analysts and engineers, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.


    Sales Support:

    Leverage expertise and command of the solutions to offer client facing support during the solution design process and solution review with client prospects.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align solutions models and pricing strategies with business objectives and market demands.


    Performance Tracking:

    Establish KPI's and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of solutions models and pricing strategies, tracking of cost of pursuit, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Bachelor's degree in supply chain, or related field or equivalent related work or military experience

    Proven track record of success in leading teams to develop innovative solutions and pricing strategies for warehousing and fulfillment services.

    Deep understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management systems, and fulfillment processes.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
    MBA or advanced degree preferred
