On behalf of a nursing company in Kamenz, we are looking for a Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) for direct placement as soon as possible.


YOUR TASKS:


  • Ensuring high quality care and support for our residents
  • Personnel management and development
  • Planning, controlling and monitoring work processes
  • Further development of nursing concepts and quality management processes
  • Professional and organizational management of the nursing department

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d)
  • A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to 80 SGB XI
  • Binding and customeroriented appearance
  • Several years of experience in managing inpatient nursing facilities and leading teams
  • Knowledge of quality management as well as dealing with the legal framework in nursing
