Summary
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong, longlasting relationships with highprofile client stakeholders and leaders.
- Act as a main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on production and address any issues.
- Understand client needs, collaborate with internal teams (sales, offshore delivery teams, onshore/offshore consultants, technology, etc.) to deliver tailored solutions and service excellence Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Oversee and manage the endtoend project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services.
- Structure regular checkins with project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Handle escalations with clients, internal teams and onshore/offshore delivery.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify and explore new opportunities within existing accounts
Qualifications:
- Experience in client services, customer relationship management, project management, or a related field(s).
- Proven experience in B2B client relationship management and project management, particularly in a technology, operations, or digital services environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient with relevant project management tools and software.
Eligibility Requirements
- 8 years working in financial services industry, preferably within banking or investment management businesses
- 5 years in client service, customer relationship management, project management, or related fields
- 3 years working with globally distributed teams
- 2 years working in clientlifecycle functions (e.g., client onboarding, know your customer, client due diligence, antimoney laundering, financial crimes) or clientregulatory initiatives
