- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).

Job Overview
The PMO Director at Sequel Med Tech will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Program Management Office (PMO) function from within the Global Supply Chain department but with an Enterprise focus and approach. Reporting directly to the VP, Global Supply Chain, the PMO Director will be responsible for creating and implementing PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices to drive successful project and program execution and alignment with organizational objectives across Sequel. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team of program managers.
*Strong preference for candidates based in the Northeast who are willing/able to work a hybrid schedule.
