Apprenticeship for Office Management (all genders) in Manchester

Starting September 2024, we are looking for apprentices (all genders) for office management in various departments within the Mediaplus Group, the largest owner-managed media agency in Europe under the umbrella of the Serviceplan Group.

The focus of your apprenticeship will depend on the specific department in which you will be working:

  • Media Buying: You will support and take on independent tasks in the area of media purchasing for digital, print, out of home, TV, radio, and cinema.
  • Media Accounting: The focus of your work will be on reviewing, approving, and recording incoming media invoices, as well as creating outgoing invoices.

What to expect from us:

  • 360-degree perspective: During your apprenticeship, you will learn about the different tasks and fields of activity in a media agency. You will be gradually introduced to the office management areas and work closely with adjacent departments and various media and marketing partners, taking on a liaison role.
  • Learning new things: You will not only support your team in day-to-day operations, but also gain insight into the disciplines of a modern and internationally operating communication agency through internships in different departments.
