Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, etc.
  • Oversee vendor management and relationships
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures
  • Handle payroll processing and employee timekeeping
  • Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls
  • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
  • File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:


  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in office management and Quickbooks and TimeSlips preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
