We are looking for an
full-time Business Office Assistant to join our management team.


The Business Office Manager is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all business office functions in accordance with CCNH policies and procedures, generally accepted principles of accounting and long term care reimbursement regulations.


Job Responsibilities;

  • Responsible to assist the business office manager and business office functions in accordance with Catholic Charities New Hampshire policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting principles and longterm care reimbursement regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Office Manager.
  • Admissions support business office manager with payer verifications
  • Daily Deposits scanning of daily deposit to operating account resident trust
  • Cash Deposits
  • Resident Trust


  • Medicaid

  • Assist with administrative duties of medical assistance and eligibility.
  • Bill all coinsurance charges not crossed over by Medicare
  • Maintain and update filing system for the business office
  • LTC resident redeterminations contacting families to make sure they are completing timely.
  • Report daily census to administration and home office as back up to Business Office Manager.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
  • Experience in order entry and processing is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
