    TSR is seeking an Engineering Design Application Support Specialist in Newark, DE. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone looking to start a career with one of the largest EPC firms in the country.

    The candidate will be responsible for providing Engineering Application software support services for engineering project users.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Will provide first-tier support on CAD/Engineering applications, primarily 3D modeling applications.

    · Ensure that the project teams use utilizing the design applications in the most effective manner

    · Provide feedback for issues to the application support team and follow-up with the users when issues are resolved

    · Ensure the users are aware of recent functionality upgrades

    • Add or remove access for individuals

    Qualifications:

    • E3D or another 3d modeling software experience is preferred but not required
    • Good communication skills and the ability to relay/explain various technology solutions to architecture, engineering and construction professionals
    • Openness to learn new things
    • Must have a "Team attitude", be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required
