I enjoy utilizing my experience and education to drive efficiencies in business processes. I lead a team that supports the General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) business tools, with the primary application being our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool. My experience includes 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing, including participating in a leadership rotational program that was comprised of multiple six month assignments.

• Lead team of technical employees working towards streamlining business process across 19 locations,

including standardizing locations onto one common ERP application

• Support day to day operations execution across all GDMS sites; including manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, shipping, receiving
• Oversee, manage, and prioritize issue / enhancement requests for operations (using JIRA)
• Support internal and external audits to ensure GDMS process compliance
• Assist with and lead various technology and Industry 4.0 initiatives; including Data Dashboards (Power BI / ERP), Machine Monitoring, Digital/Paperless Factory, Barcoding, MES, etc
• Communicate budget and schedule status of manufacturing operations initiatives to Executive Leadership stakeholders

Business Operations Process Lead                                                                       February 2018 – September 2020

• Helped lead the implementation of a common ERP system across 19 GDMS locations
• Consolidated four ERP systems into one enterprise application
• Eliminated 80% of customizations, one third-party application, and two home grown applications by

standardizing business processes and utilizing out of box ERP functionality

• Worked with site management and subject matter experts to create smooth transition to new applications
• Communicated status of transition(s) to Executive Leadership stakeholders

Production Control Supervisor                                                                                   August 2017 – February 2018

• Led team of stockroom, shipping, and receiving employees, managing daily responsibilities (receiving material, issuing material, cycle counting) and prioritization
• Used ERP system data to drive day to day decision making in order to achieve contract deliverables
• Created new ERP driven reports to gain understanding of in process work
• Worked with multiple departments to increase efficiency in receiving process (automation in label generation and streamlining freight bill payments)
