The Role

The Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks manages the full lifecycle of client orders, including owning the order management process, ensuring clients receive a luxury service experience in tandem with luxury products, and assisting with showroom operational responsibilities.

Combine your passion for design, luxury products and the sales environment with a customer-centric approach to conducting day to day business in a fast-paced, showroom environment

Responsibilities:

Own order management process from preorder through delivery while delivering exceptional customercentric experiences to internal and external customers.
Manage all communications between internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with presale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction.

Requirements:

3+ years of administrative or project management experience
Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs
Ability to maneuver effectively around the showroom floor, stock room, and office.
Position could entail period of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
Licensed to drive preferred
Ability to travel locally or out of state
