The Role
The Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks manages the full lifecycle of client orders, including owning the order management process, ensuring clients receive a luxury service experience in tandem with luxury products, and assisting with showroom operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own order management process from preorder through delivery while delivering exceptional customercentric experiences to internal and external customers.
- Manage all communications between internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with presale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
- Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative or project management experience
- Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to maneuver effectively around the showroom floor, stock room, and office.
- Position could entail period of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
- Licensed to drive preferred
- Ability to travel locally or out of state
