Program Support Specialist.

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm

Pay Rate:
$34.00/hr. - $40.00/hr.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Company has a need for additional contractual resources for the program duration as projects go through various phases of the program and outstanding program development items remain. The specific needs are detailed below in the Project Services and Deliverables section.

The contractor will provide operational program support for the company's Smart Charge Commercial program.

Application & Eligibility Review

:

-
Assist and coordinate any discovery meetings for potential participants.

Review and confirm eligibility for SCC program offerings.

Data Analysis and Payment Preparation

:

Charging data will be provided by the participants monthly to receive quarterly incentive payments.

The consultant will be expected to perform the following

Ensure sufficient data is provided for payment which includes but is not limited to,

Session and Interval Unique Identification numbers

Session and/or interval Start and Stop date/time in DD: HH:MM: SS.

Energy Demand in kWh during session and/or interval duration

The Peak demand in kW during session and/or interval duration

The site's time zone

Charger Outage or Uptime.

Review data and complete incentive calculation checks using a program guide.

Complete payment process check.

Report on any relevant findings.
