- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Through collaboration with vendors, procurement staff and operational leadership, assess functional needs of the business in relation to hardware and software standards.
- Participates in workflow analysis, design, configuration, evaluation, testing, implementation, training, enduser support, and ancillary clinical systems.
- Act as liaison between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for various Information Systems and Operational projects and evolutions
- Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in other IT teams such as Clinical Applications, IS Admins, and Infrastructure to resolve user issues.
- Monitor and complete all support and project related tasks and activities.
- Utilize industry best practices to maintain appropriate level of LAN/WAN and computer systems security as established
You Are:
- Genuinely passionate about new technologies and remain current on new tools; assist with evaluation and in making recommendations as necessary to continuously improve efficiency of software development process.
- Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, while working in close partnership with crossfunctional teams and vendors
- Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems
To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Previous IT experience required
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) preferred
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
- Experience in clinical systems implementation preferred
Pay Range:
USD $60, USD $65,000.00 /Yr

Mornings Shift Variations:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
