    Position Purpose

    The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Legal Officer by assisting with various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are done in a deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills.

    Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

    • Perform a high volume of complex tasks autonomously in a global environment.
    • Proactive ownership of the Chief Legal Officer's calendar, scheduling and organizing complex, executive-level meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel, and a proven ability to plan-ahead and manage time effectively.
    • Effectively create and develop PowerPoint presentations for Board of Directors and other executive meetings.
    • Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables across the team
    • Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.
    • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team events)
    • Preparation and submittal of expense reports and other financial documentation.
    • Serve as a liaison between the Chief Legal Officer and internal and external stakeholders
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Executive-level administrative support and coordination experience.
    • Previous experience in supporting legal professionals is highly desirable.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and agile environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint especially presentation creation skills
    • Knowledge of Concur or other expense tracking software.
