- Perform a high volume of complex tasks autonomously in a global environment.
- Proactive ownership of the Chief Legal Officer's calendar, scheduling and organizing complex, executive-level meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel, and a proven ability to plan-ahead and manage time effectively.
- Effectively create and develop PowerPoint presentations for Board of Directors and other executive meetings.
- Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables across the team
- Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team events)
- Preparation and submittal of expense reports and other financial documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chief Legal Officer and internal and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- 5+ years of Executive-level administrative support and coordination experience.
- Previous experience in supporting legal professionals is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and agile environment.

- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint especially presentation creation skills
