    The Company


    ATS Medics Ltd specializes in providing essential support to GP surgeries and polyclinics by offering temporary and short-term cover solutions through our team of experienced general practitioners (GPs).

    The Role
    The Successful Health Care Administrative Manager position include:


    • Effective Communication with GP Practices: Facilitate clear and efficient communication with GP practices to ensure smooth operations.
    • Booking and
    Managing

    Locum Shifts:
    Coordinate the scheduling and management of locum shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any scheduling conflicts.


    • Maintaining Detailed Records of Locums: Keep comprehensive records of locum hours, rates, and contract dates to track and manage locum shifts effectively.
    • Producing Invoices for

    Locum Shifts:
    Generate invoices accurately and promptly for locum shifts rendered, ensuring proper billing and payment procedures are followed.


    • Record-Keeping of Company Expenses and Documents: Maintain organized records of company expenses and pertinent documents to ensure compliance and facilitate financial management.

    Collaboration with Accountancy Team:

    Work closely with the accountancy team to provide necessary financial data and support for budgeting, reporting, and auditing purposes.


    Handling Complaints:

    Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and constructive relationship with GP practices.

    The Health Care Administrative Manager position requires a diverse set of skills to effectively manage administrative tasks, coordinate healthcare operations, and maintain high standards of service delivery.

    Communication Skills:

    Clear verbal and written communication is crucial for conveying information, addressing concerns, and facilitating collaboration with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.


    Organizational Skills:
    Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, appointments, documents, and other administrative tasks efficiently. This includes the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

    Financial Management:
    Basic understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and generate invoices. Collaboration with the accounting team may be required, so familiarity with financial terminology and practices is beneficial.

    Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to identify issues, analyse problems, and develop practical solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Effective problem-solving skills help in addressing challenges related to scheduling, complaints, and operational inefficiencies.

    Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with healthcare professionals and GP practices. This includes empathy, patience, and professionalism in handling interactions and resolving conflicts.

    Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in healthcare policies, procedures, and technology.

    The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems or protocols ensures smooth operations and effective response to evolving healthcare needs.

    Adherence to legal and regulatory requirements is crucial for maintaining trust and credibility in healthcare administration.

    THE BENEFITS
    The successful Health Care Administrative Manager will receive a salary of up to £39,000 PER ANNUM.

    28 days holiday (including bank holiday entitlement), plus Length of Service increases.
