Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of employees.

This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the retail team
• Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is properly displayed
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Perform administrative duties such as record keeping, reporting, and cash handling

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent sales management abilities, including setting targets and driving sales growth
• Familiarity with employee orientation and training processes
• Proficiency in math for cash handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting

• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
• Sales Management: Experience in driving sales growth through effective strategies
• Employee Orientation: Ability to train and onboard new employees effectively
