The pay range for this position is $ $22.93 per hour
The State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division of Fire Safety, has a part-time vacancy for Administrative Secretary ADMIN ASSTS-3). This position is part-time and cannot exceed 29.5 hours per week.

36 Months of additional relevant experience = Bachelor's degree
54 Months of additional relevant experience = Master's degree
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Associate's degree from a recognized college or two years of college with a major study in secretarial science, business administration or computer science.
Experience:
Two years' experience in a secretarial position involving supervisory, office management or administrative support experience. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
License/Certification:
None required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages monthly and special board meeting logistics such as facility preparation, developing agendas, records and composing meeting minutes and developing written record of board activities.
Monitors the activities of the Legislature relating to the requirements, duties or other business applicable to the Building Code Review Board and notifies the chairman and vice-chairman of upcoming hearings or meetings to which BCRB and State Building Code representation is recommended or required.
Composes and drafts correspondence in response to general inquiries received electronically via the BCRB website and/or assists the public in person at the Department of Safety; directs complex inquiries to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
Maintains BCRB files and records, including detailed research, to develop an accurate tracking system of the historical timeline of the State Building Code.
