    Globally established and leading company providing energy storage solutions worldwide.

    The role

    We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Director with experience in Energy -Storage systems, renewable energy, utility-scales & battery / energy generation to lead our client's team in California.

    This is a vital role for someone with proven leadership & experience in the energy storage market. The ideal candidate would be comfortable managing and overseeing a sales team.

    Responsibilities
    Responsible for energy storage market development, business negotiations & contract signing
    Research and evaluate demand of energy storage projects
    Analyze market trends, and proactively provide suggestions for energy storage product pricing, product improvement and product development.
    Research and evaluate demand of energy storage projects
    Conduct in-depth analysis of market, and provide effective marketing strategies and plans to enhance market share and competitive advantage
    Perform initial customer screening and coordinate with customers, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are progressing and completing on schedule
    Regularly visit key clients
    Act as local and company representative to major clients and contractors to encourage participation in projects

    Qualifications
    ,
    More than 5 years in business development & sales in the energy storage industry

    In-depth understanding of relevant technologies in the overseas energy storage field, with knowledge of PCS, energy storage systems, or power systems.

    Bachelor's degree with a background in science and engineering, preferably specialized in electrochemistry, power electronics, automation control, or related fields
    Strong sense of responsibility, global perspective, proactive work attitude, and good communication and coordination skills.
