    As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team and support our executive team in driving organizational growth and employee satisfaction.


    Position Overview:


    As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support to our executive team while overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department.

    This is a hybrid position that requires employees to work in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, providing the opportunity for both remote and in-person collaboration.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

    Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
    Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with legal requirements.

    Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and catering arrangements.

    Serve as the point person for company meetings, working closely with the CEO and President to create agendas and presentations that align with company goals and objectives.

    Develop and maintain presentation decks and materials for company meetings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with branding guidelines.
    Coordinate logistics for company meetings, including scheduling, room setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering arrangements.
    Document meeting minutes and action items
    Provide guidance and support to department managers on HR-related matters, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
    Understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and wage and hour laws.
    Demonstrated experience supporting executive teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility at all levels of the organization.

    Proven track record of effectively managing employee relations issues and driving positive outcomes.
    Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
