I"m the founder of a non profit called LatinoRen which aims to help inner city kids learn about their passion and create a path towards achieving their dreams.

In order to reach my dream, I do freelance jobs to keep a roof over my head.  My goal is to start the actual work of my nonprofit organization in July 2023, so I need to spend the next 3 months working on my dream while helping other companies increase their customer service ratings.  

I'm a project and product manager with over 15 years experience.  I currently run 2 companies that use AI as a method of teaching kids how to achieve their dreams.  My for profit business focuses on creating a more personalized human-like customer service experience for users.  This freelance work allows me to see the types of problems companies encounter while trying to provide stellar service.

I've worked as an IT project manager in charge of customer service department for a tourism company.  Many of the issues you encounter in customer service I have already built a chatbot to alleviate the call volume.  I'm taking on these freelance jobs to understand where customer service is today and to update my AI bot to address them :)
