We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team.
Duties:
- The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of HRIS, ensuring its seamless functionality, spearheading the implementation of HRIS systems, and continuously enhancing its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the organization while ensuring the system maintains compliance.
- Effective collaboration with department managers is a vital aspect of the role. The Human Resources Manager works closely with department heads to support them in executing their HRrelated responsibilities, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Providing leadership and consultative support to team members, aiding them in achieving operational objectives and enhancing their proficiency in HRrelated tasks.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Experience with employment laws (federal, state, and local), compensation investigations, training, and performance management.
- Experience with ADP systems.
- General experience and knowledge of Human Resources processes, management, and technological solutions.
- Relevant experience with HRIS database designs, structures, and functions.
- Experience with performance management and talent management.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations for multiple states and jurisdictions.
- Proficient in MS Suite with emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, reports)
- Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 57 Years of experience in Human Resources
