Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration using systems like Gusto and Timeero
  • Conduct performance management and provide coaching to office team
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Drive change management initiatives within the organization
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
