Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration using systems like Gusto and Timeero
- Conduct performance management and provide coaching to office team
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Drive change management initiatives within the organization
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred
Job Types:

$ $30.00 per hour
