As a job coach with Clear Motivations, you will play a crucial role in helping our participants succeed both in their jobs and in the community.

Responsibilities:

Enthusiasm and Motivation: Inspire and encourage participants.

Job Coaching: Teach, motivate, and praise participants to help them thrive.
-
Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to sudden changes.
-
Transportation: Provide transportation to and from participants' homes, internships, work, or activity locations.
-
Advocacy and Support: Advocate for participants and provide necessary support.
-
Life Skills Teaching: Assist in teaching independent life skills.
-
Workplace and Community Integration: Support individuals at their places of employment and/or activities, teaching appropriate social behavior.

Daily Recap: Provide a thorough recap of participants' progress using a cellphone.


Qualifications:

-
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
-
Driver's License: Valid California Driver's license and liability insurance.
-
Background Check: Pass a background check.
-
Vehicle Inspection: Pass vehicle inspection every 6 months.
-
Technology Skills: Proficiency with cell phones, computers, and texting.
-
CPR/First Aid Certification: Certification required.
-
Professionalism: Adherence to company dress code and grooming standards.
-
Communication: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
-
Desire to Make a Difference: Motivation to learn new skills and help others.


Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
From $20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 30 per week
