    Die E.ON Digital Technology spielt eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Gestaltung der Energiewende, indem wir die digitale Transformation für den gesamten E.ON Konzern in ganz Europa vorantreiben. Wir entwickeln kreative Ideen, gehen neue Wege, lassen Visionen Wirklichkeit werden und erwecken innovative Technologien zum Leben. In flexiblen Arbeitsmodellen und Teams liefern wir nachhaltige Technologielösungen für die Energieherausforderungen von morgen.
    Wir bei E.ON haben uns auf den Weg begeben unsere HR Prozesse neu zu erfinden, mit dem Fokus auf User Experience, End-to-End Prozessunterstützung und der Ermächtigung unserer Mittarbeiter. Ein Kernelement dieser Initiative ist die Einführung einer neuen Oracle HCM Coud Lösung für den kompletten Mitarbeiter Lebenszyklus. Hierfür suchen wir nach Verstärkung für unser Team um bei den neuen Herrausforderungen stets die Kontrolle bei uns in E.ON zu halten.     - Deine Aufgaben
    Du bist Teil eines dynamischen BizDevOps Teams in dem eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Business und IT gelebt wird.
    Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen konzipierst, gestaltest und implementierst du die HR prozesse für E.ON in den Bereichen Learning, Personal Administration oder Organisational Management.
    Als Teil eines großen Erneuerungsprojektes, treibst du die digitalen Transformation und Modernisierung unser HR Prozess- und Systemlandschaft vorran.
    Du denkst in die Zukunft und findest neue technische Lösungen um unsere Prozesse sowie das Nutzungserlebnis zu verbessern.
    Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und Lösungen, erarbeitest Alternativen und treibst Veränderung, insbesondere die Standardisierung unser Prozesse, voran.
    Du initiierst, unterstützt und treibst die Einführung neuer Technologien und Prozesse, wie z.B. die Nutzung von AI für das Matching von Mitarbeitern, Positionen und Lernpfaden oder die Einführung moderner Cloud Lösungen für unsere Systemintegrationen.
    Du führst kleine Projekte durch und steuerst interne wie externe Partner.

    - Dein Profil
    Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit einem Schwerpunkt im Bereich IT bzw. einem fachlich verwandten Bereich oder alternativ eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
    Du hast Kenntnisse in der Administration von HR und Talent Systemen, gerne Oracle HCM Cloud.
    Du bist fasziniert von IT und immer auf der Suche nach den Besten Lösungen.
    Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständniss gängiger Web-Technologien.
    Du hast eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Bereitschaft dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
    Du hast einen starker Eigenantrieb sowie Enthusiasmus für innovative Lösungsansätze.
    Du hast Erfahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden.
    Du kannst dich fließende in Deutsch und Englisch verständigen.
