If this is true, I'm excited to meet you too. Change Agent is the title I've decided to stick with because it sums up my life journey. I'm highly skilled and experienced in forecasting, design, operations, research, training, and coaching. Hiking is my love language, I enjoy working with high energy teams, and leading extremely large groups of people <1k to amplify the quality of their lives is my super power.

As a Consultant, I've found myself in a broad range of professional responsibilities in New York City, NY and Venice, CA including leading or managing big changes within Fortune 500 companies, communities or individuals. I have 15 years of professional experience in the health, fitness, and wellness services industry in New York City, NY. My experiences included successfully coaching adults in self transformation, designing integrated marketing layouts for advertising in (print/email/mobile/website/sms) funnels, launching new wellness products or services for the public, managing <$1m wellness studio properties, designing and hosting wellness event marketing and at best collecting ux research from large groups of people to amplify global joy and wellbeing.

I've spent my time as a Consultant, designing over 1k live fitness classes, seasonal wellness service offerings and customized experiences for people in self transformation and leadership. My client roster as a freelance and project based consultant has included Viacom, New York University, BET, MTV, Logo, Comedy Central, Country Music Channel, Nickelodeon, Tiffany and Co. Bank of America, Hearst Corporation, Wingspan Arts, Horizon Media, and Morgan Stanley. I enjoy the freedom to work with multiple clients on many different change projects and traveling to different wellness studios or offices gives me the opportunity to observe and collect data on how each company culture flourishes independently. 

I became an entrepreneur and learned much of business knowledge from working as a freelance consultant for Government Agencies and Fortune 500 companies in New York City, NY and Venice, CA. However, I have formal continuing executive education from New York University in Integrated Marketing and UX Research. I'm also degreed in Human Performance and Community Coaching with Cum Laude Honors from York College. During my time as a Consultant, I've acquired IT, talent development, human performance and personal training certifications in Behavioral Change, Exercise Instruction, Team Building, Mental Health First Aid, First Aid with CPR/AED, Meditation, Project Management, Change Management and UX Design. My wealth of knowledge is quite broad however, extremely valuable with the right business partners.
