    Position:
    Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

    Location:
    New York City – Onsite

    We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and drive our business to new heights.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Source and engage with top-notch talent through various channels, including social media, networking, and industry events
    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs across the recruitment industry
    Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
    Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a Senior or Talent Acquisition Consultant within a Recruitment Agency is a must for this role
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
