    Exciting Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant

    Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

    Location: New York City – Onsite

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and connect with high-caliber talent through various avenues, such as social media, networking, and industry gatherings
    • Create and sustain a robust pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring demands within the recruitment sector
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to recognize staffing requirements and craft effective recruitment strategies
    • Carry out interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' competencies and cultural alignment
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to job offers

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Senior or Talent Acquisition Consultant in a Recruitment Agency is essential for this position
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Capability to thrive in a cooperative and team-focused setting
