    Program Manager - HCM - Contract - Burbank. CA / Orlando, FL - $ $102.00/hr.

    Our client is seeking a Program Manager - HCM in Burbank. CA / Orlando, FL.

    Role description

    The Senior Technology Program Manager - Workday & HCM Application Platform will be responsible for managing enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within the Disney Enterprise Technology portfolio. The Senior Program Manager within ETech, is a senior program level role responsible for program level ownership of complex large-scale technology-driven projects across a diverse portfolio supporting all aspects of ETech and its partners. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of the program, and for program deliverables including issue/risk management, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, financials, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status. This individual will work closely with various technical delivery owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities.
    Deliver project management methodology and execution practices for HCM Application Platform Projects types: continual delivery of product enhancement, integration, modernization capabilities and functionality to drive business value and system efficiencies.
    Partner/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, project managers, business teams to manage the end-to-end program
    Have proven experience leading Workday & HCM Application Platform projects driving the initiative from planning, requirements gathering, through execution and implementation - time, cost, scope, quality.

    Skills & Requirements
    10+ years of technology program management experience
    Extensive experience managing application enhancement, integration, modernization projects that deliver capabilities and functionality to drive business value and system efficiencies.
    8+ years experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies
    Must poses experience with Human Capital Management platform environments, specifically Workday
    Solid experience managing large technical projects requiring the engagement of functional team (i.e. business stakeholders, architecture & design teams, vendor partners, delivery lead, testing lead etc.)
    Must have been part of migration, transformation, from any HCM to Workday/ consolidated Workday tenant projects/lead PM with Workday vendors
    PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master competencies.
