Position Summary...

What you'll do...


As a Program Manager at the dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), your role will be to lead impactful initiatives across the organization.

You'll work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of projects in our fast-paced environment.

A key part of your role will be to bring people together to drive alignment across various teams and establish infrastructure to enable programs and projects to successfully operate.

You'll ensure project outcomes align with our business strategy, contributing significantly to the growth and success of WFS.

Your program management expertise and leadership will be crucial in navigating organizational complexities and steering our team towards its strategic objectives.


What you'll do...

  • Create solutions by assessing key opportunities, determining the strategic program approach, identifying current state and collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to assess needs and success measurements.
  • Implement program plans, change management strategy and solutions by communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust.
  • Coordinate, complete and oversee jobrelated activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor milestones and track deliverable execution of programs and preparing and/or presenting weekly performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Prioritize critical issues for rootcause analysis, identify risks, escalate complex or difficult issues and identify key decisions needing to be made.
  • Identify and address improvement opportunities, showing adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity.

  • You have experience in supply chain and/or eCommerce.
  • You have a proven track record in building and executing program plans.
  • You possess experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Business Operations teams.
  • You have a demonstrated ability in leading transformative changes across various initiatives.
  • You show the ability to influence outcomes and drive consensus across multiple levels.
  • You are familiar in developing change management strategy.
  • You thrive in a fastpaced setting and adept at managing ambiguity.
  • You exhibit a detailoriented approach when engaging with key stakeholders.

Developing project plans across multiple workstreams - Creating a comprehensive set of documents to guide the execution and control of projects, serving as a blueprint for how projects will be managed and delivered.

Driving cross-functional alignment
  • Bringing stakeholders together to ensure everyone is aligned on project objectives, deliverables, issues, risks, dependencies, change management strategy and methodology being used.

Resolving issues:


  • Identifying, addressing, and tracking problems that arise while identifying the impact and resolving those issues.

Leading meetings
  • Setting the context based on past events, guiding the flow of conversation and effectively steering the direction of meetings.

Reporting

  • Communicating to key stakeholders and senior leadership not only the program status, but diving deep on key issues and decisions the program is encountering

Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 2 years' experience in program management OR 4 years experience in project management, operations management, or related area.

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration or related field. 2 years experience managing eCommerce related programs and possess a project Management certification.
