CPP Program Manager/Supervisor
SALARY:
$85,000 - $95,000
SCHEDULE:
Full-time position. Onsite

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- _Obtained at least a Master's degree_, especially in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work/Social Welfare, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similarly related field.
- _Registered with the Board of Behavioral Science, BBS_, or active in the registration process.
- Licensed in California.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in child development, especially in BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, POC) families and communities.
- Knowledge of and interest in early childhood years old) development and supports
- Working knowledge/experience related to issues of homelessness and domestic violence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and team play with proven ability to work with people of different intersecting identities
_ Scope of responsibilities:
_
- Provide supervision to CPP therapist, manage their caseloads, and provide oversight to a new 18 month long CPP program
- Maintain a caseload of two families and participate in ongoing learning collaboratives
- Complete programmatic tasks, such as reports, and work with external program partnerships, including evaluators
- Collaborate closely with other program managers and program directors
- Communicate needs for support and guidance for individual staff to Director of Behavioral Health
- Voice for the program details on behalf of the Director or Behavioral Health
- Present ideas for program and/or agency furtherance, organization, and/or streamlining to Director or Behavioral Health
_ Regular duties and expectations:
_
- Meet with each staff member within the CPP program at least once a week
- Monitor and track employee's adherence to respective job duties and clarify program and/or agency policies
- Provide verbal reminders and followups for individual staff billing and documentation
- Act as a coach, encouraging individual employees within the program and sharing experiences as appropriate that might be supportive to clinician challenges
- Route employee questions, concerns, and challenges appropriately
- Have regular individual meetings with the Director of Behavioral Health for programspecific needs and individual professional development and collaboration
- Ensure program is compliant with contract goals and objectives
Brief Program Description:
Homeless Children's Network's (HCN's) proposed Operational Expansion Implementation-Track project supports the training of more clinicians on Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) evidence-based practices (EBPs); increases HCN's capacity to provide the children and families we serve with EBPs; makes it possible for HCN to scale up the delivery and implementation of CPP in the next two years; and assists with the expansion of trauma-informed behavioral health services across the various settings HCN reaches as the hub of an HCN Collaborative of 52+ San Francisco-based service providers.
HCN Collaborative members include emergency shelters, domestic violence shelters, transitional housing programs, permanent supportive housing sites, family resource centers (FRCs), schools, after-school programs, LGBTQIA+ community centers, foster care, primary care providers, substance abuse treatment programs, and other community-based organizations serving families citywide.
