Key Responsibilities:

  • Leave Management:
    • Administer all aspects of leave programs such as sick leave, vacation, and parental leave.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.
    • Act as the main contact for leave-related inquiries and provide guidance.
    • Manage ongoing leave cases and documentation accurately.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Stay updated on employment laws.
    • Ensure HR compliance in areas like leave administration.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams regarding compliance.
    • Coordinate with legal counsel on compliance matters.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors for HR operations.
    • Ensure quality services and contract fulfillment.
  • HR Operations:
    • Update HR systems with accuracy.
    • Facilitate new hire onboarding processes.
    • Handle terminations and exit interviews.
  • Immigration:
    • Ensure compliance with immigration laws.
    • Track HR operations invoices and payments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR operations experience, with a focus on leave administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented mindset and dedication to supporting employees.
