ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Opened in 1998, San Francisco SafeHouse is a 501(c)3 non-profit program that provides supportive services to homeless women surviving sexual exploitation.
The Program Manager for the scattered sites program will be responsible for the day to day operations of the agency's rapid rehousing and emergency housing voucher programs, as well as the agency's access point for coordinated entry.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the administration of SafeHouse's access point for survivors in partnership with the City and County of San Francisco's coordinated entry system
- Expand and maintain record keeping and data collection systems associated with suite of housing programs
- Act as primary liaison with San Francisco's Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) in regard to access point and scattered site portfolio
- Provide regular reports to the Chief Program Officer and Contracts and Grants and Contracts Compliance Manager
- Provide weekly supervision to a team of case managers and housing navigators
- Develop and conduct trainings about administration of housing programs
- Conduct regular audits of client records, data tracking systems and associated databases to ensure compliance with contract expectations and best practices
- Foster a trauma informed and survivor centered approach to services
- Engage with program participants around programmatic grievances and concerns
- Respond to requests for reasonable accommodations
- Participate in case conferences as needed
Qualifications:
- Position requires fluency in English and being bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese or another language highly preferred
- At least 2 years of experience supervising paid, full‐time staff in direct services setting required
- Experience working within HSH's portfolio including experience with the coordinated entry system is a plus
- Significant relevant direct service experience working directly with vulnerable populations
- Commitment to personal and systemic antioppression work
- Understanding of, and experience with, survivor centered approaches as well as harm reduction and trauma informed modalities
- Have outstanding teambuilding, decision making and leadership skills
- Ability to occasionally work some weekends and evenings

COMPENSATION:
The salary for this position is $100,000 annually, based upon experience. Benefits include 3 weeks vacation, health/dental/vision insurance and employer-‐matched IRA.
