    Description


    Our client is seeking a Manager/Director of Marketing with a robust communications background to define and execute our firm's marketing strategy.

    The role includes creating and managing our firm's marketing budget, crafting and implementing our marketing calendar and overseeing our marketing team members responsible for various activities including client events, branding, content creation and marketing campaigns.


    Responsibilities:
    Ensure the company is communicating the right message to existing and prospective clients.
    Liaison with firm leaders and relationship managers to understand marketing needs and execute marketing plans.
    Liaison with compliance on all marketing related activities.
    Maintaining and updating existing marketing materials and client deliverables.
    Evaluate existing materials and develop new marketing materials or strategies.
    Manage and coordinate with team responsible for client and firm events, both in-person and web-based.
    Manage and coordinate with creative staff.
    Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities, including defining and monitoring key measurables.
    Assist with written content including whitepapers, articles, social media and our website.
    Generate ideas on how to market and create a client experience similar to other luxury brands.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree required.
    7+ years of experience
    Excellent communication and listening skills
    Budget-management skills and proficiency
    Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    Outstanding creative skills and exceptional attention to detail
