About the position

Responsibilities
-
Social Media Management: Oversee the creation and posting of content across social platforms, engage with influencers, and expand our presence into new groups/channels like Reddit. Monitor and respond to comments and analyze social media performance.

Marketing automation & customer journey: Develop, execute, and optimize scalable marketing automation campaigns using to nurture leads, improve customer retention and enhance the consumer experience.

Marketing Tasks: Manage and execute day-to-day marketing tasks, including creating and updating landing pages, and blog content.

Content Development: Generate new content for various platforms, including video content for YouTube and written content for blogs, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies.

Partnership and Outreach: Seek out opportunities for awards and nominations to enhance brand reputation.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading, developing and delivering marketing programs
• Experience in marketing automation platforms a huge plus)
• Experience with mobile attribution solutions (MMP) such as Singular
• Experience in optimizing creative and social media content creation, in an entrepreneurial, fastpaced, digital environment
• In depth knowledge of all social platforms including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok and working knowledge of emerging/ international platforms
• Feels comfortable in front of the camera in order to shoot videos for social media
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Resultsoriented and a selfstarter
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Goaloriented, dynamic, flexible and able to pivot quickly to meet business needs and personal goals within project timelines
• Experience working in the fintech a plus
• Team player

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
