Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, creating and implementing coordinated communications, public relations and marketing strategies for Arizona's Children Association (AzCA).

In addition, this position is responsible for communications, programs, and projects to create awareness of Arizona's Children Association and its many programs and services.


Duties:


  • Promotes and positions AzCA effectively to existing and potential donors, corporate and foundation funding sources, clients, the media, volunteers and the general public through mailings, news releases, social media and web presence, and associated messaging.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing agency advertising and marketing plans.
  • Ensures implementation of internal and external communication calendars and ensures identified marketing goals are accomplished.
  • Plans for and ensures compelling content that brings our mission to target audiences and makes a measurable impact in supporting our communications and fundraising objectives.
  • Responsible for the strategic development, implementation and management of all digital media content, including content for web and social media, as well as assistance in the development of strategies to engage, retain, and grow the supporter base (ex. news sign ups, online giving).
  • Responsible for the development, design, editing, production, and distribution of all external communication materials, with an emphasis on amplifying the AzCA brand through positive positioning, design, and messaging.
  • Leads public relations efforts on behalf of AzCA, develops media relationships, pitches news stories to the media, coordinates media interviews, and works with PR Company and media buyers on story leads as applicable.
  • Ensures adherence to marketing budget and oversees expenses related to the production and distribution of materials, branded promotional items, etc. Coordinates and manages vendors to ensure work is done in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Coordinates with Development team to identify and implement communications strategies critical to accomplishing the annual and longrange goals, to ensure proper fundraising database management as it applies to communications, to ensure timely development of materials, and strategizes to improve the experience and impression for new, potential and current donors, through printed and digital opportunities.
  • Establishes organizational brand/image guidelines and revise/monitor past content to relevancy and compliance standards.
  • Identifies local and statewide opportunities for comarketing and cause marketing partnerships.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations, with some knowledge of Arizona's nonprofit market.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience to be able to perform the essential functions is required.

Requirements:


  • Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement).
  • Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and be insurable under the agency's automobile policy.
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to and from relevant organizations/agencies
  • Must be able to provide DPS fingerprint clearance.

Pay:
$63, $71,000.00 per year
