Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Director with a keen interest in marketing to play a pivotal role in our preschool's success.
The Assistant Director will collaborate closely with the Director to oversee daily operations while driving marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence, attract new families, and maintain strong relationships with our existing community.
Duties

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase enrollment and promote the preschool's programs and events.

Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and prospective families to raise awareness of the preschool and foster community partnerships.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and community outreach activities to showcase the preschool and attract new enrollments.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

Enrollment Management: Assist with enrollment inquiries, conduct tours for prospective families, and provide information about the preschool's curriculum, philosophy, and offerings.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with staff coordination and communication.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in childcare
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Negative TB Test Results (within the past 12 months)
- CPR/First Aid Certification
