Drive an increase in online lead generation (B2B) and memberships (B2C) through strategic and targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels, enhancing brand visibility and contributing significantly to revenue growth within the fiscal year.


Your Obsessions:


  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools to understand effectiveness and ROI. Adjust strategies as necessary to maximize lead generation and increase membership conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to create cohesive marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Coordinate with product development teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with product launches and features.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Test and implement new tactics and tools that can enhance the visibility of the brand and increase lead acquisition efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve funnel for all digital lead generation including Paid Search, Paid Social,OTT, SEO, Salesforce campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Strategize digital media campaigns and promotions to meet specific marketing objectives (e.g.,product launches, brand awareness, lead generation).
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs; evaluate for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the Social Media Coordinator ensuring timely development and cohesive overallstrategy of organic social content.
  • Manage team of paid and unpaid advocates including influencers, interns, and parent creators.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments to test channel, spend, CTAs, targeting, and otherfactors that may influence audience behavior.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiplechannels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with Web Development to enhance design, navigation, accessibility, and funnel conversion opportunities using UI/UX principles.

You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree; ideally in marketing or related field
  • 35 year's experience in digital marketing or related space
  • Experience using CRM databases preferred, especially Salesforce
  • Experience using analytic tools within the Google and Meta Suite
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve goals
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, friendly, enthusiastic
  • Natural curiosity to identify white space opportunities and develop strategies to optimize
- performance in a complex digital landscape

  • Physical Demands/Working Conditions
  • Typical work environment for a professional office space
  • Largely a stationary role with some moving from place to place
  • Constant use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor and other office equipment
  • Occasionally picks up, carries, and moves items up to 30 lbs.
  • Some evening and weekend work depending upon workload
  • Some overnight travel may be required for work, events, and trainings
