    Description

    Manager for Debt Settlement Campaign

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Settlement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations for our debt solutions business unit. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the team.

    The Sales operations manager ensures that the sales teams are running as efficiently and productively as possible. Hi role includes a healthy amount of data tracking and analysis to provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to improve performance. He will work alongside with the marketing team to build a lead qualification process.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the sales operations for the debt solutions business unit
    • Experienced in Debt Settlement Processes
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and profitability
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless operations
    • Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
    • Train and develop sales staff to improve performance and productivity
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations management, preferably in the debt solutions industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
    Compensation: Competitive Salary plus Commissions
