Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems in the field and help coordinate daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the team in executing projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Coordinate with service technicians, sub contractors, and employees to ensure compliance with daytoday operations and sales.
- Oversee and coordinate the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for work as needed.
- Maintain daily operation systems and ensure proper functioning within the organization acting as manger.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required for equipment or materials.
- Act as a maintenance professional for daytoday operations for service, remodel, and new construction work.
Experience:
- Proven experience in plumbing and service management.
- Proficiency in plumbing work, sales, and employee management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction environments.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities to address complex issues efficiently.
Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
