    About this Opportunity

    Join us as an Outside Sales Representative and Key Account Manager at Evenly, where you will spearhead the sales of our orthodontic services through face-to-face new business development, client consultations, account management, and revenue growth. Your role will involve overseeing specific territories within the Northern New Jersey/Bergen County Area.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Manage a designated set of accounts to expand the business by acquiring new dental practices through prospecting and nurturing existing relationships
    • Develop and implement a Territory plan by assessing the potential of each account in the specified region
    • Devise & implement account strategies for high-potential clients, leveraging a deep understanding of their business objectives, obstacles, and opportunities
    • Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate clients on integrating Evenly into their practice to enhance patient offerings
    • Leverage data analytics to support client decision-making processes
    • Assist in the onboarding of new high-potential accounts
    • Bring in your sense of urgency, growth mindset, and enthusiasm

    Desired Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development, preferably in B2B dental or medical sales focusing on both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones
    • Proficiency in qualifying potential accounts, formulating acquisition strategies, and closing deals successfully
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets with recognized accolades and accomplishments
    • Ability to consult effectively with key decision-makers and offer tailored business solutions
    • Proficient in engaging and influencing others through verbal and written communication
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
