Match Media (The Match Group's Advertising Division) is seeking an Account Manager for their New York City location- When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL).

We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our NYC office 3 days/week.

How you'll make an impact:


  • You will partner with our Sales organization through each step of the campaign process; from ideation to implementation to postcampaign reporting.
  • You will assist in the development of media pitch decks and RFP responses.
  • You will produce strategic media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets.
  • You will work with teams across each brand to explore new ideas, respond to data and informational requests, and support campaign implementation of new and existing clients.
  • You will engage with clients to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, timelines, and tags.
  • You will measure and communicate campaign performance throughout campaigns, including postcampaign wrapups.
  • You will drive upsells and repeat business.
  • You will partner with Ad Ops to troubleshoot delivery issues and proactive optimization strategies.
  • You will work within GAM to understand inventory availability and options for delivery.
  • You will support monthend billing and forecasting efforts for delivered and inprocess campaigns.

We could be a match if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree.
  • You have 2+ years' work experience within agency or digital ad sales organization.
  • You have assertive communication skills, and you are detailoriented and organized.
  • You have experience coordinating and participating in creative brainstorming sessions.
  • You are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ad Manager, with knowledge of Salesforce or Boostr.
  • You have proven success in building relationships with digital ad agencies.
  • You have experience managing the execution of complex digital ad campaigns.
  • You have proven success in working closely with internal and external teams to develop timely solutions to issues.
