    The HR Coordinator is a dynamic ambassador and integral member of the US HR "Shared Services" team for Omnicom Media Group of agencies that include OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science and Resolution Agency. You'll be joining a close-knit collaborative team that is creative, supportive, inspired, and passionate about the work they do to support employees and leadership.

    Qualifications
    • 1+ years' experience in Human Resources
    • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources and/or HR internship
    • Knowledge of media, marketing, advertising, or communications industries a big plus
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • High proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, charts, etc.
    • Experience with SuccessFactors and iCIMS a big plus
    • Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality and demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions
    Responsibilities
    • Execute to successful completion the new-hire and transfer onboarding process collating all new hire paperwork and new hire information, and arranging equipment
    • Complete I-9 information, e-verify, and background checks as needed, ensure appropriate information is distributed to corporate office, payroll, benefits, L&D, and the employees e-file
    • Co-facilitate orientation to ensure new employees have a consistent, smooth, and positive experience
    • Facilitate, check, and supervise the timely processing of all employee changes (promotions, approver changes, titles) and serve as the primary liaison with the payroll department to ensure these changes are completed properly
    • Execute termination paperwork and offboarding process tasks
    • Conduct exit Interviews as needed for exiting junior-level employees and maintain exit interview log
    • Serve as an employee resource, answering any questions related to an employee's start or successful on-boarding, support 30-day check-ins
    • Assist with ad hoc HR data reporting, audit requests, and coordinate special projects related to People & Culture as needed
    • Manage tuition reimbursement program and employee referral bonus tracking and processing
    Compensation Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, and paid medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
