Summary/Objective:
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to work on the Human Resources team. The incumbent will report to the Talent Manager. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations.
Classification:
Non-exempt (overtime eligible)
Hybrid Schedule - 3 Days in the office/2 days' work from home
Salary Range:
$70, ,000 annually
Essential function/Responsibilities:
duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Interact with staff and leadership in all departments throughout the organization and provide professional support while achieving recruitment goals.
- File and maintain employment records on all applicants and notify them as to the decision regarding their acceptance for employment, and for future references.
- Tracks recruiting efforts for the HR team and search board postings.
- Assist the Recruiter at presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and available opportunities.
- Assists the HR team with special projects and compliance documentation.
- Performs HR Compliance file audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected and updated.
- Conducts orientation as needed and manages onboarding agendas.
- Compile various reports to monitor and track recruiting productivity.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Previous HR experience preferred (25 years) with heavy recruiting experience a must.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong sense of urgency is a must
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Policies and procedures are a MUST
- Bilingual
- Spanish is a plus
- Dayforce Ceridian is a plus
