- Coordinate the daily logistical needs of the Director's calendar
- Arrange travel needs for the Director, including flight booking and accommodations
- Prepare necessary materials, presentations, and reports as needed
- Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner
- Previous experience in a similar administrative position
- Background in finance, legal, or high-level advertising setting is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
