- 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in OTC/FMCG business
- Strong Category / Brand development
- Leadership experience, minimum 3+ year
- Minimum 3+ year in customer management and negotiations
- Professional financial acumen
- Advanced level of understanding consumer, shopper, expert insights in OTC industries
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong results orientation and high execution ability
- Enterprise mindset, strategic thinking
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
