Your responsibilities:
- Understanding the contractual basis of the construction project and implementing technical, contractual, and economic requirements
- Responsible for cost, quality, and schedule management of the construction project
- Leading the construction site team
- Implementing personnel, equipment, and machinery planning for trades, if necessary in collaboration and coordination with other construction managers and specialist construction managers
- Awarding and managing subcontractor services
- Coordinating and reviewing execution planning, as well as coordinating and reviewing work/installation planning
- Implementing relevant safety and environmental regulations
Your profile:
- Completed degree in civil engineering, construction technician, or technical training with adequate further education
- Previous experience in construction management is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
- Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, ideally also RIB iTWO
- Willingness to work, mobility, and a dedicated work ethic
- Organizational skills, teamwork, and communication skills
