The
advanced engineering GmbH supports companies in the automotive industry, aerospace, mechanical engineering, and other technical fields, providing individual and personal guidance for all your career-related questions.


Your responsibilities:


  • As a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will be the central contact for functional changes in the E/E system and their representation in an overarching functional structure.
  • Your tasks include capturing and evaluating requirements/changes together with system concept engineers, system designers, architects, and departments. You will lead a central Change Control Board that makes decisions on acceptance.
  • You will transfer requirements/changes into a backlog and manage them for prioritization in the corresponding planning rounds (agile working model).
  • You will shape the E/E requirements and change process, develop it according to needs, and ensure documentation in the appropriate tools.

Your profile:


  • Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a similar field of study.
  • Several years of experience in the E/E product development process on the architecture, functional, or component side.
  • Practical experience in E/E requirements and change management.
  • Application knowledge in E/E relevant tools (such as codeBeamer, DOORS, Magic Draw, AIDA, IP3, etc.), ideally with concept creation knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.
