Our teaching assignments are awarded on a freelance basis.

The Rheinische Fachhochschule, with approximately 6,000 enrolled students, is one of the largest private universities in Cologne.

The following topics are covered in the lectures:

  • Skeletal system, such as skull, thorax, spine, upper and lower extremities
  • Musculature
  • Organ systems such as cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and renal systems
  • Sensory organs such as eyes and ears
  • Nervous system, including the structure and function of individual brain regions, spinal cord, nerve cells, central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous system.

Your responsibilities:


  • Independently preparing lecture/seminar events using the module handbook
  • Conveying knowledge at the current scientific level with a focus on practical applicability
  • Creating and correcting exams
  • Supervising and advising our students

Your role:


  • Your role is in our fulltime and parttime hybrid degree programs, both inperson and in digital lecture formats
  • In our parttime programs, we expect you to be available to teach and administer exams on evenings and Saturdays, usually online.
  • Inperson lecture times are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:45
