Your responsibilities:


  • Management of teams at existing locations
  • Revenue/profit planning, including budget planning and preparation for locations
  • Monthly reporting to management
  • Planning and coordination of marketing measures
  • Collaboration and networking with funding agencies and partners
  • Participation in shaping and managing public relations for the institutes
  • Contribution to institute management and customer consultation
  • Education controlling and internal reporting
  • Recruitment and management of personnel

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree (e.g. education, marketing, human resources)
  • Professional experience in adult education, personnel development, or consulting is an advantage
  • Goaloriented, structured, and independent work style, assertiveness
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting, leadership skills, and negotiation skills
  • Quick comprehension, strong communication and organizational skills, willingness to travel
  • Implementation of quality standards, process design, and documentation
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken, excellent MS Office skills
