Pedagogical Specialist
for the Department 1- Child Day Care, starting as soon as possible. This is a permanent part-time position with an average weekly working time of hours.
The responsibilities include, among others:
- Advising the 13 municipal child day care facilities and childminders on all aspects of pedagogical work
- Monitoring compliance with the educational, upbringing, and care mandate, particularly in the areas of language education and support, as well as emotional development
- Initiating and accompanying necessary development and change processes in the practice of child day care facilities and childminders
- Supporting team development processes, conflict management, and quality management
- Further development and monitoring of the child protection concept
- Participation in child protection cases according to § 8a SGB VIII
- Planning, organizing, and partially conducting training events
- Participation in the recruitment process for pedagogical staff
- Coordination of specialists for language education and support, as well as collaboration with other institutions and organizations
Requirements:
- Successfully completed university degree or master's/bachelor's degree in social
