Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for operational material planning
  • Purchasing administration in the operational area
  • Communication between strategic and operational purchasing
  • Requesting and maintaining order confirmations, including tracking deadlines
  • Processing calculations and offers
  • Communicating delivery dates with internal customers and escalating issues in close cooperation with responsible purchasers
  • Responsible for reminder management (order confirmations and delivery dates)
  • Administrative office work and, if necessary, article master data maintenance

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Professional experience in operational purchasing
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Teamwork, resilience, and strong communication skills
